Cheap TV

Just moved and looking to get the cheapest internet and TV around.  Everyone is telling me to get a roku and sling tv.  I'm thinking about getting a decent internet plan and being super cheap with TV. I don't have a console or anything like that. Is youtube TV any good?  I have been living under a rock the past 6 years. All I want is some decent internet and the channels to watch sports, couldn't care less about the other garbage on TV.

you can pretty much stream anything live just the quality sometimes is really bad
