Is there any point to getting over 52 prayer?  Should I stay as low as possible?  I'd consider 70/80 prayer if those extra level make a difference.

if you're a maxed pure, 52 to 59 prayer won't give you a combat, worth it imo.

if you dont pk solo, then yes get as high as you can for preps/minis/fullouts, etc.
