Salve Amulet (ei)

I have this and have been rapid at Revs with it. If I pked with no skill and keep it, does it loose the "i"?

Totally fell asleep writing this.  So if I die and protect it, it stays ( Ei).  Great

Well just like any other item, if it isn't protected, the imbue obviously goes away when pked.
