Get 44-45 if you plan on staying 1v1 for a while, I dont see 52 pray useful for 1v1 Unless your targ is a douche and prays the whole time.

if youre getting pray get either 31 or 45 (no difference in combat 44-45 so get 45 for mage pray).

If you want to hybrid then Smite would be a good option. I was 45 for the longest time, and that worked perfectly fine for me.
