whoever owned the account before you (can be several people) can always recover the account by giving some older accurate details about it (like wasabi said, date of creation, first password etc).

when he does get the account back he can get your IP on login and he already knows your other account name since he pmed you on it :x better get some good scanning programmes.

If you good anti virus there not much he can do with an Ip which he WILL get, also if he's running a scam like this there is a very good chance he has no idea how to hack at all. Worst you can expect is maybe a basic DoS attack such as a ping flood, if you have superior to him nothing will happen if not it will slow your internet down.
