tbh if you haven't done quests for barrows gloves start over, zerkers without barrows gloves are pretty failed, especially at high levels.

Just start over your at a point to where you could start over and get back up to the same stats in no time or if you really want to stay on that but don't have R.F.D done then get 70 def and be a "Barrows Pure" but the decision is always up to you make your account how you would like to make it whats the fun in someone else telling you how to make an account

i'd say you're not insanely far along on the account, that could be redone without too much trouble, so just restart, and get rfd, torso, defender, 60 att and like 80+ str i'd say. i like 60 attack zerkers because theyre lower combat so you fight more failed pures than pros.
