Jagex put out a video today about the new skill they thought up and people are mass buying items they talked about in the video such as bark. You can get bark by woodcutting a hollow tree in Canifis. 

 

The method I'm using is 99% afkable. Start at the bank and click east over the water and you will run around, where you stop you'll be able to see the patch of trees. After a full invy you could run back to the bank or to save time use the kharyrll teleport spell and you'll be in the bar which is right next to the bank.
