RuneScape community - RSC

In 2000-2008 we had RSC, which was a great platform for every clan to post their post-trips/events. There we could also find the official clans ranks. 

 

Now it is inactive so I wonder if there is a new platform like RuneScape community. I expect OsRs to come back to life, just this weekend we had around 110k players online (in the good days we reached around 250k I believe), and that is an huge improvement, right? I also started playing again and it seems that there are great updates for pvp, pvm and also for pures! 

 

So, my question is: 

Is there a platform like RSC around? 

If not, should the current clan leaders reach an agreement to "re-open" RSC?

Oh :/ so there is no actual/factual clan rank? I think that making some rsc-alike site active again would be very productive for everyone, more activity means more members, and more members means more competition. 

Not that it matters considering that the top pure clanning scene seems to be very one sided right now (foe)

 

@Bradenis that site non biased ? Because I remember that a few years ago some pure clan leaders opened a site for every clan but it was very biased, no one leading the site could be in a neutral point of view and that is a bad system that no one needs.

Not sure if that site is a real reboot from the real RSC administration

2 years ago some ppl tried to reopen purewarfare and it was pretty much divided, half of the community used sharkbrew and rest used purewarfare, but purewarfare died pretty quick 

 

Sharkbrew died aswell, 5-6 post on a topic after 1 day

RSC was dominated by main clans before they shut down, pures post on Sharkbrew but honestly its terrible; I like that basically anything goes there as opposed to RSC which had insanely strict moderation but it basically killed any and all reasonable discussion.
