So basically i haven't played in around 4 years... currently 97 str 91 range.

 

What are the best/quickest ways to 99 for both if money isnt an issue (preferably AFK) is it still chinning for range and some sort of AFK strength training with ppots and max strength gear or?(also 75 atk)

Nah dude, you can do rumble mode and just select the monsters that you want, the quests that you want completed for these monsters are:

 

Tree gnome village

Vampire slayer 

The grand tree

Lost city

Fight arena

Mountain daughter

 

These are pretty standard pure quests so you probably have these completed already.

 

Make sure you use overloads as well.

Mage - MM tunnels barrage

 

Str - NMZ maxed str bonus, p pots or use absorbs, ppots more afk

I also came back 3weeks ago after a 4year break. My best friend is YouTube and wiki to relearn and learn new stuff, casually asking some stuff to some people but that is it. 

 

I recommend that you do the same, there are tons of legit guides everywhere
