I agree that we should spread the words about the clan for these new kids, so the best and most serious of the them might join one day.  When thats said, recruting kids that never pked before isnt always the best thing you know, we want quality pkers/warrers in foe afterall.

It’s up to us, current members, to train them into top clanners. You can’t just expect that everyone that applies has a fundamental understanding of clanning. It’s up to us to touch base, invite them to midweeks and get them involved to develop them. If they’re weaker than other clanners, encourage them get more involved and that way they’ll get better. 

 

Yes, it’s long, but we will always reap the rewards in the long run as they’ll have a greater affinity to the clan and want to stick around a lot longer rather than jump ship when times are tough.
