Some might know about this but I just found out. Start from 2:36. Pretty cool

TLDR;

 

Basically enable 'GPU' on Runelite to be able to see further on screen (Not the zoomout option) basically the parts that are normally blacked out on your own screen now show (Trees further in the distance etc)
