Where to Hybrid?

I just made an account, and trained to 70 magic, 70 range, and stats for g maul, but everytime I try and hybrid, my opponent just teleports or prays or runs, idk what to do, I normally fight in varrock sq, but you have loads of PJers and other fags.  But idk if drags would be any better, because you can still teleport there, so...where do you reccomend I pk?

most of the time they try and run but I freeze em, but they always tele to house w/ tabs.  or jewelry so i don't get the ko with that either.

hybriding with those stats are silly tbh because of your low cb most people will be clanless and all carry tabs.

even if u get a tber it will still b hard to ko if they decide to run because u need higher range and a ko wep.

train up your stats first.

Train up those stats as you can't really make good ko's with those stats try getting at least 75 strengh or 85 range

You have very low stats to pk at drags, i would recommend you pking at edge about lvl 5 and just bursting your lvls, or either pk at varrok east ep area.
