I don't get how it works, like, did he press to chisel some bolttips then enchant while they were crafting and it glitched somehow or?

In your inventory you need:

-Dragon bolts, either buy from ge or make them yourself.

-Soul runes

-Cosmic runes

-Chisel

-23 cut gems (any works) that you have the crafting level to make into bolt tips

-1 empty inv slot

click by click basis:

1) Click chisel

2) Click on one of the cut gems

---The craft into bolt tips screen appears, don't do anything with it yet--

3) Get your spell book open

4) Right click and make all gems into bolt tips

5) Immedietly clck enchant crossbow bolts

6) Immedietly click enchant dragonstone bolts.

So basically my theory was correct :P i wonder how the first person found that, it's weird to think, all these glitches have probably been around for ages, but never get found.

Wow that would be a great find, the only FML would be if you didn't have the mage or crafting levels to do the glitch.
