I'm thinking about making a new account to pk on. I don't want to have to try terribly hard to train it but i don't want to have to get it up past like 80 in a skill for it to be amazing.

i was thinking obby tank maybe just because i can AFK it.

The problem with plans like this that you resolve to stop at 80 and next thing you know you're no lifing for that 99 str.  It happens to the best of us.
