Crystal bow/halberd

Considering getting crystal bow on my pure for 8 hour return fights and what not 

 

interested in knowing what makes it good

i know it’s about 300gp per shot (you don’t actually need any ammo for it) which is pretty cheap and it’s got a longer range than most bows how good is the dps with it? 

 

also considering getting the crystal halberd on my main as a meele weapon when bridding with claws, anyone got any experienced?

Never used halberd for bridding, sounds kind of awkward. As long as they didn't completely destroy sliding you should be able to slide with dclaws and leaf blade as well as a few others. I read the thing about PID which probably means I won't ever stake again but idk how it affected everything else.

 

The inability to use banners just means we have to find other ways to abuse animations, banners were the best way to abuse animations in the past imo. There's always work arounds

Yeah I have been thinking about getting Crystal now aswell tbh must admit even when getting ragged by 1 item c bow they do reck
