As you may know ive posted quite a few pics i've made (i'm really trying to improve) but usualy i post the finished product so i decided to post the starting off sketch so i can fix/edit the things wrong with it before i have coloured it in on photoshop.

Btw thanks Wytchcraft for posting the topic that shows how you made your sig i much prefer sketching it out then putting it on computer and colouring in :)

So what needs fixing please :P ?

PS. bout yellow tinge and stripes i held it to close to light source or something.

so maybe if i buff the arms up i dotn think they need to be longer as they would be too big compared to the legs but what about the head?

Arms need to be shorter and need to be in porportionate to everything else on the picture. You wouldn't see a guy walking around with arms hitting the floor and a head cocked to the side commonly, would you?

try sketching a rough human shape with correct proprtions, then try adding features like muscle tone and hair, once you've sussed out what a human looks like start adding in details like clothing, erase the sketchy parts and ink the good parts.

I suggest starting with a torso, from their add a head, then legs, then arms. Look at a picture of two of ppl as u do it to get the lengths/sizes right. Looking at porn also helps to learn female anatomy :shifty:

Seriously though i think it actually has helped me with anatomy rofl.

Well It's really good, personally i like to make the end of the cape wider than the top part, so it doesn't look like a square of material. the hands are good, you just need to work on the left arm ;) Just erase the joint and try and touch it up :D other than that, brilliant, keep practising!!

I wasn't really critiquing the cape, was thinkign more about anatomy. could make the legs a tiny bit shorter, and maybe make the feet a little larger, also it looks like he's about to fall over 0_o
