Xfering/money making on a new account?

It's looking like i'm either going to snape grass it or potato cactus it. Last time i did like 2m of potato cactus and it was horrible so is there any other way to xfer thats like atleast a decent speed (3m+ an hour?)

and if there's not whats a decent way to make money off a brand new account?

I havnt actually done this but If you can find an item that will sell/buy at max and try and buy it on the account with money. Sell it trade price to your other account then he sells its on g/e max. This worked for a while with green mask. Theoretically it would work with items that sell/buy at min.
