Chip Dump Posted March 5, 2019 Posted March 5, 2019 (edited) Not exactly a guide but for anyone searching, always do hard training on NMZ. Guides sometimes say hard is best for points and suggest it might not be for XP. At 60 attack, hard is better than normal for both XP and points. I tried out both a few times against each other — same settings, etc. Normal is just under 10k/h less xp an hour and about 3.5x fewer points. Always train on hard. Go Hard Posted March 5, 2019 Posted March 5, 2019 The only differenxe between normale and hard rumble is indeed in fact the health. The interruptions in between focusing targets results in this xp difference. Good shout; always go hard!

May not be an issue for +52 pray accs but is for me. ___________________________________________________________________________________________________________ XP Rates FYI, if anyone wants to know, at low-90s str, 60 attack, you get 110k-115k at chaos altar (reduced down to like 85k during prime hours because of pkers), or 75k/h at NMZ with 10% prays on. Early mornings GMT — or, as Ryan says, on total worlds — you're better off at CA, but otherwise from experience I'm getting better xp consistently in NMZ with ppots, and not looking at the screen — and you can make it almost entirely "AFK" ? I imagine rates for Australians and Asians on their timezone is close to 100k/h at CA. Sand crabs are approx 62k/h last time I checked (without 10%s). Simply not worth going there past 70 strength imo. Gains tonight (+94 hp), for 80 combat. 70 hours NMZ left to triple 99s. Edited March 6, 2019 by BustedHermit
