few of my favorites are Living Legends, Heiroglyphics, People Under The Stairs, Zion I, Jeru the Damaja, Del Tha Funkee Homosapien, Dead Prez and lots more...also not really underground but im a huge Mac Dre fan  :p

tech is so overrated. also, the last time I listened to tech was when I was in high school and I heard some snotty little bitchy girl singing "The illest". That did it for me. Last time I ever listened to tech.

Aesop rock, Sage francis, Atmosphere, Eyedea, El-p, Apathy, brother ali, Farout, DZK, Spoonfull, AOTP, RA the rugged man, Jedi Minds, most of Demigodz.

I listen to a lot of 'internet artists' that have really minor indie labels, if any labels at all.

I agree with intoxicating regarding Immortal Technique, he's a fucking nutcase, he talks utter shit, yet people still buy into that crap. If I were to come up to you in the street and start preaching about the government posioning tap-water or whatever the fuck he talks about these days you'd think I was mental.

Other than most of what have been listed here there aren't many more, besides a few British artists that I seem to be posting on this forum every other day, that would only be underground to you non-britains; Plan B, Akala, The Streets, Dizzee Rascal, Devlin, Sway & Kano.

As of about 2005 it seems underground British artists are underground for a reason.
