Bh +1,PvP,Loot Updates

Ok Guys, In the last year runescapes.. pking system has changed alot agreed? :(. I Personally think bh+1 is a good idea but to be honest,The 1 itemers are Really Really annoying... The targ system takes way to long and these are my opinions[tell me what u think]

The following should be applyed:

1.If assigned target,both have 3 minutes to leave multi zone and both must fite 1v1.

2.[a bit crazy but why not] Have an option for [Death Matching] like so no one can run.

3.In +1 bounty you must be risking 80k of wealth to enter wilderness.

Ok now for loot problems.

I really don't like the new revenge update. [Made because of 76k'ers] which applys the rule that once you kill or get killed you cannot kill that person and get a loot due to [Revenge]  :sleep:.

Another: If you kill someone with.. alot of risk. you should have improved loot. Which atm if you kill someone with full bandos you will still get same loot as if he risked rune or something. Tell me your opinions :)l
