I would go with a 60/70/75-90-13(rune gloves, Slayer helmet) 99slayer pure with 1prayer(If its going to have 75 or higher attack, so its cb will be the same compared to people who have 60attack BUT have 31+prayer, minus cb lvls from 10+def lol).

The 13defence would be strictly for Black plate to go with black chaps and UNTRIMMED slayer cape, or just 10def with addy gloves
