don't see what's so negative about it other than another 99 for people to grind out.

doesn't impact the game negatively fills a missing void for making mage Armour otherwise only obtainable by drops.

Eventually would make mage gear cheaper, people just scared of change. The skill actually has 0 negative impact to the OSRS.

I believe dissembling/dissolving is one of the most important features in the game so I voted yes.

I dont necessarily care about the skill core though, but it would be nice that jagex still adds that feature to the game through crafting or whatever. It would help the economy tremendously. I just feel sad because most people that voted no kinda missed this feature lol
