if i should get 82 mage and range, i'll be lvl 61

My stats now are 71 mage range 62 hp 45 prayer. < lvl 56

Should i stay or get to lvl 61?

Its 24.5k alchs from 71mage to 82 and i just bought it but now i am confused help me?

Also should i get 50 summoning?

I dont pk to often so i am negotiating wether to or not?
