Edit: could actually make for an interesting dynamic for hybriding. Having a "melee" spec option that's technically a magic special attack could make predictions much harder. Could be cool k0 potential until people get good at feeling it out.

that shit was too op pre eoc, required 0 skill especially when using it as your primary weapon
