You're 2 def already so you might as well go 20 now, generally speaking I believe 1 def is best though.

Staying 1 def will always allow you to get back into a clan even if a new conversion to LPC happens in the future.

Besides that 1 def is significantly better for edge pking.

Oh hi, I've ran into you a couple times at Runerocks, on my baby pure lmao. 

 

Anywho, 1 def > 20 def. Issue with being higher combat is that if your pking at revs, your gonna struggle vs mains due to being higher combat. If you solo pk...lower def is always better. Have yet to meet someone with 13/20 def, that I couldn't kill on one of my pures...solo pking. Just doesn't seem worth it..
