Share Charms Posted March 15, 2010 Posted March 15, 2010 This is turning into one big Dr. Phil session, rofl :wow: And for me, I started playing Runescape late in 2006 after hearing about it from some friends. I liked it, then quit.. then slowly got dragged back into it. Today I play the game only because I like it, I have friends and can balance my life to fit in work, school etc. So to answer the topic question, no :)
Luke Posted March 15, 2010 Posted March 15, 2010 I started in like 7th grade (I'm a senior now), with some friends. Everyone eventually quit, when my old account got banned, I didn't tell anyone my new account, I just 'quit with the rest of em'. Closet scaping to this day, FOE keeps me playing.

You just got to find the right balance of IRL socialising (that doesn't involve Runescape) and Scaping. I'm sure your friends won't care that you play, because honestly... it's very possible one/some of them still play ;)
Danny|Sand Posted March 15, 2010 Posted March 15, 2010 I started scaping because my irl friends did lol

And hes not a nerd.
b a m b iii Posted March 15, 2010 Posted March 15, 2010 I thinkĀ i started younger than all of you lol! i started in year 3:P now year 8=/ hee hee young ftw
Grifte Posted March 15, 2010 Posted March 15, 2010 Na definately not..I started when I was in middle school and like mostly everyone I got addicted..then kept on playing. I don't tell me friends I scape but its just the addiction that keeps me playing..hopefully I can quit sometime in the future and get away from all this 'online gaming'. pretty much this, but some of my friends do know i play rs (the 1s that play aswell) this.Yep Exactly the same, all my friends quitted, now only my best friend knows it i think, not even sure.
Muchuchu Posted March 15, 2010 Author Posted March 15, 2010 This thread is shit. I didnt bloody ask why/how you started playing i asked why you play and only like 2 people answered the question
