Fastest way to 99hp?

So since Holland decided to close down every bar I have three weeks off and without shit to do, time to play rs again.

 

So decided to finally completing this account and get 99 hp, just wondering the fastest way(which is afkish as well), my best guess would be blowpiping in nmz with addy darts considering these stats since I don't have pray.

Or maybe melee ammo crabs?

Best HP xp is ”Organized Crime” there are alot of guides on youtube/google and Pest Control is also pretty decent. Way faster than blowpiping in nmz

I did a mix between barraging at pest control and blood barraging organized crime, but if I would stick with doing organized crime, it’s significantly faster, not worth doing nmz for just hp.

Did 94 to 96 hp with organised crime and then 96 to 99 with 8k pc zeal

You can also just do some slayer and get it through that

Pest control is pretty afkable tbh and you get decent exp rates at that lvl
