ye, manacles are boot slot +2 bonus over climbing boots & fremennik kilt is a 5m 1 defence tassets, +1 str bonus. no prayer i believe.

 

there are also new weapons such as the craws bow and viggoras chainmace which are bis in the wild for some things.

Chainmace is a crush D scim with no spec outside the wilderness - so it's good for training if you want to keep mm caves open
