New Account Build - Scout Tank or Scout Killer

As I have a new computer I'm probably going to multi task on 3 accounts, I have a tank at the moment that needs training(Will start that again soon) but I'm tempted to make something else too.

 

Obby Mauler 1 attack higher strength and range?

 

DFS Pure 75 Defence and hitpoints only
