1 Prayer Builds

Hello,

 

So, for a long time I have been fascinated with 1 Prayer builds - this includes defenses ranging from 1, all the way to the berserker pure at 45

 

My question: Is there any merit to having 1 Prayer even on accounts with defense levels at 45 or are they unheard of, and therefore, not well suited for PvP?

 

Been dabbling with thoughts of making a 45 defense pure with 1 Prayer, but thought I'd get some opinions on the matter - never hurts to hear other's opinions

i only mess with pures. Regarding 1 pray you can make a 1 pray gmauler, but that build is less common now that gmaul is super expensive (you would lose 400k+ per death). Also some ppl prefer 13 prayer over 1 (+10% str prayer available). I have a low lvl gmauler with 31 prayer and a firecape and i loved to pk on it when bh was active. Nowadays though, only pvp worlds are active, and therefore idk if low lvl accs are still worth it or not

My 1 prayer pure. Slaps in F2P. But the higher your cmb lvl, the more prayer becomes overpowered. 

I'd only stay low prayer if you are low lvled.

Just thought I'd ask around to see if what I found matched others opinions, it does lol

 

May dabble a bit with 1 prayer on a gmauler for a few, then switch onto getting prayer when I feel more comfortable

1 pray max 75

1 Prayer builds are not good builds after around level 70 in a skill, e.g. str or range, because the 10%/15% boost from the prayers have a larger impact than a couple of extra str or range levels.

 

IMO, 31 is best for 1v1 up until about 75 CB.
