Been contemplating for awhile to restart this up but day 1 of my 14 day fast has finished, I'm only limiting myself to 1 apple a day and just water, might switch over to just water but a sole apple diet usually helps with cleaning out the system and energy. Who knows might do a month since it isnt the first time 🤷

GL, Juice my man u can eat other fruits then just apples that are just as good for u also an veggies an shit my brotha way more other healthy options out there also not just apples, I love apples not hating on them but def drink a gallon or 2 of water a day ! stay hydrated

Both brotha, it's a certain kind of diet that pretty much flushes out your system, isn't enjoyable at all but I've done it before and it's a nice detox/challenge.

Officially going into day 3... I can feel my stomach getting a melting feeling which is a good sign... I believe it's some fat melting 🤔
