im gonna admit right now the past weeks I been messing around here and there at the gym but I honestly feel like If I post on this I may encourage to others to @Go Hard but honestly ima be every friday from now posting irl updates me trying to get a girls number there and honestly just plain sweating and trying to achieve 200m strength xp I mostly do cardio but I will be putting out pictures of my gains every friday in how much on how long I can go for i will be putting in 4 days a week from now till the rest of 2021 no skips unless another shutdown I plan to be leader after this and somewhat looking like I did 200 push ups a day for a year and went to the gym thank you for taking the time out to read this it means alot theres a bunch of bad bitches there and the stronger I make my chicken chest the closer I can be to love okay enough typing let me do push up peace see you friday
