Alright, well this happened on my old pure You Equal K0.

What I did was sent an e-mail to Jagex saying I'm unbanned but my account is disabled.

The next day I logged on, and everything went alright.

Go on your email , yahoo,hotmail,gmail, or whatever you use and copy and paste that email to the sender and then they'll receive it in a day or so.
