Fastest 1 DEF Fire Cape?

I'm curious what's the fastest 1 DEF fire cape time.

I knocked out my Personal Best today.

I saw someone on reddit post in 2016 saying they did it in 37 minutes, but when I look up that RSN it has like 42 DEF, so I'm not sure. 

Top 1,000 in JAD kills on Hiscores. 45 Minute PB.
