How many chins to 99 range, from 60?

You don't want to start chinning at 60 no matter how rich you are it's not worth it. When in doubt knives at bandits to 75 range (just as fast if not faster) and then start chinning. From there I heard it's about 70m so divide it out.

I'd suggest getting 80-85 and then chinning. Saves you tons of money and is alot easier to do, This is what I did is why I'm telling you too. But, don't remember exactly how many chins, am guessing about 50k? Just a rough guess, so don't hurt me if I'm wrong :P
