Definately not worth it, cost you around 1m for 130k xp, 70-99 is 12.3m xp, so your looking at, at least 80-90m.

Bursting is not worth it, the hours you've spent on making the money for bursting to 94, in that time you could of achieved it already. Just stick to either alching or using the mage arena.
