Those M4s have crazy valve stem issues. In regards to euro, I have a V8 long wheel base e38 740iL, the 4.4L M62 is one of BMWs most reliable engines.

 

Still rather jap, Rb25 makes crazy power for cheap and can handle 800hp with stock internals.

The only Mercedes worth getting is AMG, but with that you have a depreciating car

BMW = best driving experience

Mercedes = best interior/luxury feel

Audi = good for winter, fast in a straight line if high end model.

Audi= also transmission issues, bought an audi with 80kms(50miles) on clock and reverse was gone, nice little turbo, made the car feel a bit light, doesnt stick the ground like bmw does
