Anyone else into low and slow smoking 

 

Did pulled pork on the weekend, 6 hour smoke, pulled off at 205 internal temp, 

 

Make a rub with paprika, brown sugar, little bit of chilli, salt pepper  and onion powder, 

 

Tasted real good
