Just saw an update post by Jagex on this, half the team is like fuck curses too OP, the other half were open to it. We'll see I guess, but definitely no soulsplit if they bring it back

if they were open to bringing it back, they would some how make it pvm only or out of player killing, as they only really update pvm

The thing is this year they claim they will focus on PVP going into the summer. I don’t know guess we’ll have to find out
