I would get 99, I got 65 slayer for dust devils so I could barrage them for like 200kxp per hour and you train HP fast that way as well!

99 is pog, 95 works. i felt never better after getting 95 to 99

depends what do you want to do, if you single pk/1v1 pk alot stay 60, but if you want to clan 75 attack adds alot of variety for it. can stay 60 and see how the scene is with it if u get bored then just go 75 imo

yeah fair enough..i do alot of 1v1 pking but i get rekt by elder mauls and godswords occasionally
