75 attack, you'll get sick of d scim, claws very quickly, godswords don't get boring imo.

Depends, do you want to be a low level when your maxed and still be able to use claws/dds/scim etc

Or be a higher combat, because you will be level 103 combat with maxed stats and turmoil with 75, but level 98 with 60 attack and maxed stats. Maxed being 99 str,range,mage and turmoil etc.

I'd say go for 60 attack first and try it out, because you can always get higher attack if you need/want it, but you can never lose the attack levels if you don't like them.
