Help with prayer please :)

I was just wondering if anyone had a list of essential quests that need to be done whilst getting prayer on a pure, for example quests that lead to quests like Animal Magnetism for Ava's

Im currently 12 prayer.

Doing ava's quest will get you like 50 xp so you might level again.
