Banner for Stef :)

Stef asked me to make him a simple, clean, professional banner for his website, it had to be black and white and grey have aight on it and have two shields either side so i made this, it's completely from scratch done on photoshop what do you think and what improvements do you suggest?

He wanted a colour change :P
