I tried rare selling/buying in shop long time ago while multilogging but it wouldn't let me sell rares to shop. I'm not sure if thats still the case or not but it seems stupid since shops are person-based now rofl :p

find a raising item. Like masks, put an offer in on max wait till you get one. Once it buys sell it to the other guy for mid, he can then sell it for max in ge. Doing this you can easy xfer 3m a time with the right item.

There is transfer ways but most of them have leaked, but in some forums you can buy transfer methods for rl cash. Some of them are already leaked though *warningwarning*.
