yes, it will hit that high if you hit high, but it is supposed to hit 0 if you kill the person(at least it used to)

veng doesnt always hit 400 when they hit 500 its random sometimes it will hit alot lower. and also im confused either this picture is taken from an old clip when you could redbar people because if you hit a killing blow and they have veng the veng hits you 0 so this guy must not have died or hit that 404 with his bolts.....anyone with vengence will know what i mean

Yeah that glitch sucks and would have left you vulnerable to a PJ but vengeance itself is a nice incentive to get 40 def imo.

jagex really screwed up constitution, venge used to not hit anything on a kill, now it still does (n)!!! really screwed up
