ok so im 30def 75atk 77str and now am getting 90str 

my armor set up is

helm-pros helm

plate-pros plate

legs-pros legs

ammy-fury

cape-zammy

boots-climbing

gloves-mithril gloves

ring-wariors

but should i use d scimmy and addy defender or should i use sara sword?

^^^ He's using Pros armour guys. The white and gold armour that gives prayer bonus. So obv he's going to pray melee (I hope) lol.

I would choose dragon scimmy because that's what I use. I don't know which is better because I never used Sara sword.
