I think you can create a fan page but not actually put your music directly on it, don't quote me on that though because i don't use facebook, i'm just going by memory.

Yeah create a fan page and upload your music from youtube and stream it on the page

can organize the links and if there's music video's and directly (duno if you can do only music) or to stream sites (youtube.others) But i dont tend to make groups so experiment and see what you can do
