Well I was thinking of buying 92 Firemaking for Inferno Adze, but my friend said I needed to do a quest which will give me defense experience.

I wanted to ask if this was true because I remember someone in Foe having one.

And what quests are they because I couldn't find the list on Rs Wiki.
