WDf is wrong wit my TS i need help

Uhmm i have no clue what is wrong with my Team speak 2 and i need help trying to get it to work.  I talked to sam about it but he couldnt help much so im posting it to the community. Heres what appears when i try to mute/unmute myself from the channel.

Ok do the same thing I told you last time but now play with your Input and Output Devices tha'ts what I had to do when that occured.

Yeah that keeps happeneing every time i switch the device used to play the sound etc...speakers or direct sound from the comp.
