Get it, that app was me.

Use a super defence potion while doing the quest Between a Rock.

It will give you 5k defence xp and you need 22 defence to super def pot to 30 for the quest

I hit 400+ with 83 range, you'll hit 600+ (no spec ofc, the handcannon spec sucks tbh, it's complicated)
